Online Experience  vs. In-store Experience  - Our physical store locations and online store differ in many ways.  First and foremost our product selection is much larger in our stores than what we offer online.  Online represents our most sought after product offerings.  Prices and availability will also vary between each store and online. This is not done to confuse our customers.  This is because online operates independently from our stores and each store tries to support the specific needs the creative community which it is in.

Website Prices vs. Store Prices - While most product pricing is the same between our stores and online, there are definitely products that will vary in pricing.  If you decide to shop in-store and find any price differences, please bring it to our attention.  You will receive the lowest price.

School Purchase Orders – We gladly accept purchase orders used through our physical locations. At this time we are unable to process transactions through school purchase orders online.

Bulk Purchases and Bids – Just because we are a small independent family run business does not mean we cannot compete on price. If you have a business, school or project that requires a large purchase of art materials, please challenge us.

Resale Transactions – If you are an artist or professional that purchases products for resale we can accommodate in our physical store location. But at this point in time we are unable to process resale transactions online.  All applicable sales tax will be applied.

COD – At this time we do not offer the option of COD

MSDS Sheets – If you require MSDS sheets for any of the products on our website please contact us via email with those specific products and we would gladly supply you with the appropriate MSDS sheets.

Choosing Colors - Rileystreet offers a large amount of color and paint online.  While we have done our best to provide the highest quality color swatches to help in your selection of colors, please be aware that digital swatches will vary from actual color.  In fact, swatches may vary between devices depending on the screen settings.
